Does the price include GST?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include GST (Goods and Services Tax) for customers within Australia. The price you see is the total price you'll pay, with no hidden taxes added at checkout. If you have any questions about pricing or taxes, please don't hesitate to contact us.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number. You can use this order number to check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. If you checked out as a guest, you can contact our customer service team at support@tinycars.com.au with your order number, and we'll be happy to provide you with an update on your order status.
Can I speak to a real person and not a bot?

While we use some automated systems to help manage common queries efficiently, we always ensure that you can speak to a real person when you need to. Our customer service team is made up of real people who are passionate about ride-on cars and dedicated to providing you with the best possible assistance. Shipping Information
Where do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. When placing your order, please ensure that you provide an Australian delivery address. If you have any questions about delivery locations, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we ship orders within 1-2 business days of the order date. The typical delivery time is between 5-7 business days after shipping. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary. We provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order, which starts from the shipping date, not the order date. Keep in mind that we don't ship on weekends, and business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method you choose. The easiest way to find out the shipping cost for your order is to add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. At checkout, you'll see the shipping charges displayed before you complete your purchase. Please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or for large or heavy items. We'll always inform you of any extra charges on the checkout page before you finalize your order.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If you notice any damage to the packaging when your order is delivered, it's important to contact us immediately. Please email us at support@tinycars.com.au with details about the damage and, if possible, include photos of the damaged packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Remember, it's always a good idea to inspect your package upon delivery to catch any potential issues early.

Order Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for our ride-on toy cars. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:
-In the same condition as you received it
-Unused and unassembled
-In its original packaging with all parts and accessories
-Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that different conditions apply for opened and unopened packages:
-Unopened packages: 10% restocking fee
-Opened packages: Can be returned within 5 business days, subject to a 20% restocking fee
To initiate a return, contact us at support@tinycars.com.au within the eligible return period.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 12-month Australian warranty on all ride-on toy cars, starting from the date of delivery. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
-Abnormal or commercial use of the product.
-Third-party damage.
-Fading due to direct sunlight.
-Incorrect installation or assembly.
-Damage due to failure to follow instructions.
-Damage to people or property due to incorrect use.
The warranty is non-transferable.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you received the wrong product, please inspect your ride-on toy car immediately upon receipt and contact us at support@tinycars.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damaged item or packaging, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. If you notice significant damage to the outer packaging upon delivery, you may refuse the delivery or accept it and note "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt. Then, contact us on the same day of delivery with photos and details.
How do I file a warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim, please email support@tinycars.com.au with the subject line "Warranty Claim Request". In your email, include your order number, full name, and email address. Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the problem. Also, include a screenshot of your order confirmation email. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with the best course of action.
